ArtCircus is registered in Australia under ABN: 45 738 093 249 and operates from our beautiful Californian Bungalow studio, 'Margaret House' at 114 West High Street, Coffs Harbour NSW 2450 AUSTRALIA.

It is very important to us that our customers are happy with our stationery and we will always ensure to find a quick and easy solution to any problem that may arise. But in order to be clear and fair, we have put together some helpful guidelines.

ONLINE STORE SALE TERMS There are no refunds or exchanges on any item purchased at ArtCircus. There are no returns or exchanges on any samples or sale items. Shopping Cart price rounding is expected. The total calculation is correct and all rounding is calculated upon checkout. Individual product pricing may vary, but the total is accurate.

ORDER AVAILABILITY All orders placed with ArtCircus are subject to acceptance and availability. All of our paper product is made offsite.

PAYMENT Full payment is required when purchasing our products online.
Pot orders must be paid in full at time of order. Wholesale orders require a minimum of 50% deposit to be made at time of order and the balance paid no later than 30 days of invoice. ArtCircus accept payment by credit card (Visa and Mastercard), eftpos on site as well as direct transfer. Contact us at sales@artcircus.com.au for more information.

AFTERPAY Afterpay is currently not available, however we will be adding this to our online store in 2018.

PRICE CHANGES Prices are subject to change without notice.

TURNAROUND TIMES Expect 2-3 business day delivery for most orders shipped within Australia.

PRODUCT REFUNDS As our pieces are made to order we cannot offer a refund on purchases if you change your mind. If there is a quality issue please send us an image and a description of the issue so we can work with you to find the best solution.

RETURN/EXCHANGES FOR STUDIO SHOWROOM FLOORSTOCK If you purchase existing, new stock from our showroom, you can exchange it within 14 days of date of purchase for existing floor stock or we can issue a credit note. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, it must also be in the original packaging.

EVENT and WORKSHOP REFUNDS If under 2 weeks notice is given, we are unable to refund workshop bookings but you are more than welcome to send a friend along in your place. Please contact us at hello@artcircus.com.au if you intend to do this. Please note, currently no workshops or classes are scheduled at ArtCircus and we do not take any bookings for workshop use. All studios are fully booked and our production team require full workshop access.

VENUE HIRE: All photography and filming at the ArtCircus Studio need to be approved in writing by ArtCircus Creative Director Shane O'Brien and a liability waiver form (copy below) needs to be signed. Commercial hire for filming/shoots is approx. $800 for a half day (up to 5 hours) and $1200 for a full day (up to 10 hours) but there will be variations in price depending on the disruption caused to business and space and how many people are involved in the shoot. COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY POLICY: Your use of this site and its content does not give you any rights in relation to any designs, trademarks, copyright and all other intellectual property and material rights relating to ArtCircus products and any other items and images on this site.

All other third party trademarks, designs, and related intellectual property rights mentioned or displayed on this site are protected by intellectual property laws. You are only permitted to use the items as authorised in writing by ArtCircus Creative Directors Shane O'Brien or his representative. Any reproduction or redistribution of items is strictly prohibited.

Wholesale Stockist Terms

1. Payment and Resale
(a) All opening orders are on a pro forma basis to be paid before dispatch. (b) Opening orders to be a minimum of $500.00 + GST. Minimum refill orders $250.00 +GST.
(c) Wholesale orders require a minimum of 50% deposit to be made at time of order and the balance paid no later than 30 days of invoice. ArtCircus accept payment by credit card (Visa and Mastercard), eftpos on site as well as direct transfer. Contact us at sales@artcircus.com.au for more information (d) ArtCircus offer a 5% discount for all PREPAID RE-ORDERS, which is any order made after the first Opening Order, and is excluding delivery charge. 
(e) All goods are sold as firm sale. As a goodwill gesture and to support the success of positive trading relationship ArtCircus may suggest exchanging slow-moving product with new designs/product, and happy to do so at either party’s discretion.
(f) Australian wholesale orders will be charged GST.
(g) Applicant may set their own selling price at which the ArtCircus Products are sold, however Product will come delivered with its own RRP label set by ArtCircus. 

2. Order Availability and Delivery Times
(a) All orders placed with ArtCircus are subject to acceptance and availability. All of our paper product is made offsite. 
(b) Expect 2-3 business day delivery for most orders and will shipped via Australia Post, within Australia.

3. Product refunds/exchanges
(a) ArtCircus cannot offer a refund on purchases if an Applicant changes their mind. However, if there is a quality issue, please email ArtCircus an image and a description of the damage and they will exchange the damaged goods for another product of the same value. This will be sent to you free of charge.

4. Exclusively representing the ArtCircus brand
(a) Applicant is not an exclusive stockist or retailer of ArtCircus Products, and understand that Product is also sold in stores all over Australia and the world, as well as on other stores websites.
(b) Applicant has been given exclusivity to stock ArtCircus products within their Australian postcode.

5. Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy
(a) By selling ArtCircus product and the content associated with it, does not give the Applicant any rights to reproduce copy any artwork on product, designs, trademarks, copyright and all other intellectual property and material rights relating to ArtCircus products and any other items and images on its website. This clause is to protect the artists and the brand.
(b) All other third party trademarks, designs, and related intellectual property rights mentioned or displayed on the ArtCircus site are protected by intellectual property laws and individual Artist Agreements. Applicant is only permitted to sell the product in the Applicant’s physical store; and online or any other place that the Applicant owns. Any reproduction or redistribution of items is strictly prohibited
