Shipping Domestic

ArtCircus offers shipping Australia-wide for paper product or you can collect for free, by appointment only from our showroom and workshop in Coffs Harbour. We can also ship our product anywhere in the world - just contact us at sales@artcircus.com.au for a custom freight quote. We cannot take responsibility for any breakage during transport, however we pack all of our orders carefully and with great care.

Online orders under $350 attract free shipping within Australia. Wholesale orders will be transferred the whole supplier cost to courier goods, regardless of size of order.

TURNAROUND TIMES Expect 2-3 business day delivery for most orders shipped within Australia.

DELIVERIES/COURIER COLLECTIONS If you send a courier to have your piece collected, please let us know prior so we can ensure it is packed appropriately and is ready to go. Please note a packing and handling fee may apply.

Shipping International

Online orders will be charged a flat rate of $20 per order for shipping outside Australia, however this cost will be waived for all orders over $200. Wholesale orders will be transferred the whole supplier cost to courier goods, regardless of size of order. Shipping will be sent via ‎Australia Post's Registered Post International

Refunds + exchanges

We cannot offer a refund on purchases if you change your mind. We are however, very particular about maintaining the highest standards of quality across our product range. If, however, goods arrive damaged, claims must be made within 7 days.

All returns must be authorised by an employee or director at ArtCircus.

Goods can be returned to ArtCircus at your own expense, however, if goods are faulty we will credit the cost of the postage to you.

RETURN/EXCHANGES FOR STUDIO SHOWROOM FLOORSTOCK If you purchase existing, new stock from our showroom, you can exchange it within 14 days of date of purchase for existing floor stock or we can issue a credit note. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, it must also be in the original packaging.
